  • 1. I confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.
  • 2. My pet is healthy, vaccinated, and free from contagious diseases.
  • 3. The Barkland may refuse admission to pets found unsafe or unhealthy.
  • 4. While reasonable care will be provided, The Barkland shall not be liable for unforeseen illness, injury, escape, or incidents beyond reasonable control.
  • 5. In emergencies, The Barkland is authorised to seek veterinary treatment. All expenses shall be borne by the pet parent.
  • 6. Group interaction may involve risks including scratches, bites, infections, stress, or minor injuries.
  • 7. Aggressive, destructive, or highly anxious pets may be isolated or may require immediate pick-up for safety reasons.
  • 8. Boarding charges apply for the booked duration. Late pick-up may attract additional charges.
  • 9. The Barkland may take photographs or videos of pets and use them for training, educational, social media, or promotional purposes.
  • 10. Pets diagnosed with ticks, fleas, skin infections, or contagious illnesses during stay may undergo necessary treatment at additional cost.
  • 11. Pets may occasionally experience stress-related reduced appetite, vocalisation, or mild digestive disturbances during boarding.
  • 12. The Barkland shall not be responsible for complications arising due to undisclosed medical or behavioural conditions.
  • 13. Unclaimed pets beyond 7 days without communication may be handled appropriately for the pet's welfare.
